| Camp Invention Week June 26th - 30th (Monday - Friday) A summer program of the National Inventors Hall of Fame® Camp Invention® A hands-on science and creativity day camp so fun, they won’t even realize they’re learning! Discover hidden treasure on a volcanic island, build machines to explore life under the sea, learn math concepts using carnival games, and use real tools to take apart old appliances and make your own invention.
Students participate in 5 exciting modules taught by local educators each day. A nationally-acclaimed museum program, Camp Invention is “Where imaginations run wild!”
This camp is for students entering grades 1-6 from both Remer and Longville Elementary (Transportation is provided from Longville, Federal Dam and Outing)
Where: Remer Elementary Time: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm Cost: FREE!!! A $20 deposit check is required, but will be returned after the camp is over. The 21st Century Grant will pay fees ($179 per student) for students of District #118.
